About

Thanks for your interest in volunteering with Amica Center!  At Amica Center for Immigrant Rights, we confront the impact that the unjust immigration system has on our clients and communities through direct legal representation, impact litigation, education, and client-centered advocacy.

Many of our volunteer opportunities are currently full, but we’d love to stay connected. Complete our volunteer application to join our volunteer community, where you’ll receive our monthly newsletter, be invited to virtual and in-person events, and learn about new opportunities to support our work, like packing the court.

Before you sign up, please note:

You cannot volunteer if you currently work (including contract work, volunteer work, and internships) for any type of media organization, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the Department of State, Congress, the White House, or any law enforcement agency.

If you work for any local, state, or federal government agency, you must disclose this in your volunteer signup form. Local, state, or federal officials may be allowed to volunteer on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the volunteer manager. You also cannot be a candidate running for local, state, or federal office.
